This Hot and Cold Stone Massage training course taught at Brighton Holistics Online is comprehensive and practical. The course is taught face-to-face on Zoom and is a tutor lead online course with full training videos to support your learning. Hot and Cold Stone Massage has become one of the most popular treatments. Working in harmony with massage, this technique uses warm stones, placed on the client’s body and in the therapists’ hands.
The heat gently penetrates the skin and muscles, helping the client to relax and de-stress in half the time. Essential oils can also be used, and other techniques like lymphatic drainage or reflexology can also benefit from thermal stone massage.
Hot Stone Massage is used to help treat medical problems and ease tension in the mind and works with the body to make it a holistic whole-body treatment. Using stones, the therapist can penetrate the muscle fibres at a deeper level than manual massage alone, allowing it to be more effective for your client.

The qualification gained from the Hot & Cold Stone Massage Training Course will only be accepted for professional practice and insurance if the learner holds the pre-requisites of a recognised accredited Level 3 or 4 Body / Sports / Swedish Massage / Aromatherapy / Beauty (level 3) qualification.

Brighton Holistics Online produces all its own training manuals, we don’t expect you to pay for a course and then have to pay for your training materials.
Training manuals will be downloadable to each learner via their online learning portal. These manuals will be available to you once your course has started. It will be the learner’s responsibility to download and save the training manuals within this time. Manuals can be read on all devices.
Certification for your course will be emailed to you once you have met the learning outcomes.
