| Duration: | This is a one-day fully accredited training course. The course starts at 10.30 am and finishes at around 3.30 pm. You will study theory in the morning and practical in the afternoon. Your model will be required from 1.15 pm till 3.30 pm. |

The course is taught face-to-face on Zoom and is a tutor lead online course with full training videos to support your learning. Facial Reflexology has many different names such as Natural Lift Facial Massage, Facial Rejuvenation course. It is a known fact that, due to expressions, age, stress and the pollution of modern life, over the years the muscles in the face lose tone and elasticity. You have heard of the saying “Gravity is pulling everything down!” This is because your face muscles and skin begins to sag. A gentle face massage, using simple techniques will help to relieve deep tissue tension giving the facial muscles a lift and also the body’s internal organs, central nervous system and neuro-biological system.
The course is taught face-to-face on Zoom and is a tutor lead online course with full training videos to support your learning.
To attend this course, you have access to Zoom and a computer with a webcam. You will be required to have a model to work on for the afternoon session, 1.15 till around 4.30ish.

What does accreditation mean?
Accreditation means that the course we provide has been independently and externally assessed, ensuring they meet the highest standards, the National Occupation Standards, and the Core Curriculum. The accreditation is an ongoing process ensuring that courses are always up to date and that the tutors meet the modality’s requirements for teaching.
The qualification gained from this course will only be accepted for professional practice and insurance if the learner holds the pre-requisites of a recognised accredited Level 3 or 4 Body / Sports / Swedish Massage / Aromatherapy / Reflexology / Beauty (level 3) qualification.

Brighton Holistics Online produces all its own training manuals, we don’t expect you to pay for a course and then have to pay for your training materials.
Training manuals will be downloadable to each learner via their online learning portal. These manuals will be available to you once your course has started. It will be the learner’s responsibility to download and save the training manuals within this time. Manuals can be read on all devices.
Certification for your course will be emailed to you once you have met the learning outcomes.
