Course accreditation:

This course is a Level 3 (RQF) qualification by the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).

What does accreditation mean?
Accreditation means that the course we provide has been independently and externally assessed, ensuring they meet the highest standards, the National Occupation Standards, and the Core Curriculum. Accreditation is an ongoing process that ensures courses are up to date and that tutors meet the modality’s teaching requirements.

Course pre-requisites:

This course is available for complete beginners with no previous experience; basic computer skills are required to complete this course.

Learning outcomes & evidence of achievement:

Learners will be required to show the achievement of a range of relevant learning outcomes and assessment criteria, as set by the National Occupational Standard and Accrediting Body by: –

• Theory knowledge will be assessed during your training time.

Final assessment:

The final assessment is made up of multiple-choice questions. You must achieve 50% to pass the assessment. All aspects of our ITEC Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology course is delivered online. There is no waiting for your result – you know immediately.

This ITEC qualification exam must be invigilated by an assessor, and we are one of the few training schools that meet the requirements to allow you to complete your online assessment in your own home and country. To be able to complete your final assessment online, you must have access to Zoom.

We are very fortunate to be able to be very flexible with regard to your final assessment date. Once you have met all the required learning outcomes, you will be asked to submit five dates which best work for you, and we will do our best to facilitate the dates for you. If we can’t work around your dates, you will be asked to supply additional dates. However, ITEC requires a minimum of EIGHT weeks’ notice of an assessment, and therefore your first date must be at least 8 weeks from when you submit your assessment request form.

Course duration:

This course takes approximately 100 hours to complete. The course will be available to you for 12 months from the date of course confirmation.
